AWS Python Engineer - Banking / Quant Robert Half City of London (Hybrid)

Robert Half International (an S&P 500 global staffing provider) is supporting a Global Consulting Firm in sourcing an AWS Python Engineer to partner with them and their end client, a leading banking organisation. This role will sit within a quantitative technology environment focused on building scalable, cloud-native solutions to support high-performance financial analytics and model execution.

Assignment Details

• Initial 6-month contract (extensions likely)
• Hybrid - 2-3 days per week on site in the City of London
• £650-£700 per day via plus 12.07 pay via PAYE(with employer's NI & tax deducted at source - no umbrella company admin fees)

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong coding skills in Python
• Experience with AWS cloud-native technologies
• Familiarity with Docker containers
• Ability to build monitoring frameworks and integrate with model execution
• Quantitative or financial markets background preferred
• Must be able to pass live technical coding interviews
