Business Analyst

THE ROLE
Looking for a Business Analyst to join my clients fast-paced, Agile team. You will be required to work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Software Developers and UX/UIDesigners to ensure the delivery of requirements resulting in high-impact value outcomes for their end users.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into user stories
• Ensure requirements translate effectively into intuitive user experiences
• Translate complex requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes
• Refine product backlogs, plan sprints and deliver roadmap objectives
• Lead requirements and discovery workshops, mapping business processes, workflows, and systems
• Evaluate product performance and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Have some experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• A passion for leading product development and finding fixes and improvements for said products
