D365 F&O Supply Chain SME - UK (Remote with European Travel)Salary: £70,000-£90,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension

Hays has partnered with a leading international manufacturing group that's about to kick off a major D365 F&O implementation across its diverse portfolio of businesses. As part of this long-term transformation, they're building a dedicated in-house ERP team to work alongside their implementation partner-and now they're looking to hire a UK-based D365 expert to complete the team.

Following recent key hires in Germany, Spain, and Portugal, this UK-based role will be pivotal in rolling out a standardised D365 F&O solution across the group. You'll act as the subject-matter expert in core supply chain areas-sales, purchasing, inventory, production, planning, and warehouse management-guiding each business through its digital transformation journey and ensuring consistent, successful adoption of the new system.
What we're looking for:

• Strong experience with D365 F&O in supply chain and manufacturing domains.
• We're also open to candidates with solid D365 Business Central experience, especially within SCM and manufacturing.
• Ability to work remotely, with flexibility to travel to UK and European sites during key project phases (eg go-lives).

What's on offer:

• Basic salary between £70,000 and £90,000 (depending on experience)
• £6,000 car allowance
• Annual bonus of £5,000-£7,500
• Fixed pension contribution of £5,000-£7,500
• 25 days annual leave

This is a critical hire, with first-stage interviews planned for the week commencing 20th October, and a view to having someone in place for the New Year.
