You'll monitor and respond to service desk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and support users remotely and on-site when required.You'll primarily work from home, visiting schools in Epsom, Basingstoke, and Allerton around 1-2 times per week to provide on-site technical support and maintain IT systems.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong first line experience who wants to work flexibly, develop professionally, and be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
