HR Data Analyst

The Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a non-digital role focused on delivering high-quality reporting and analytics using Workday tools. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery through technical report writing and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write Workday reports to meet business requirements.
• Build datasets using Workday Prism.
• Create technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively across all organisational levels.
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

What the Client is Looking For:

Essential:

• Proven Workday report writing experience.
• Workday Prism expertise (building datasets).
• Technical report writing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent time management.
• Background in project delivery environments.

Desirable:

• Data science background.
• ServiceNOW experience.
• SC Clearance is desirable

Tech Skills:

• Advanced Excel
• Microsoft Office suite
• Workday
