QA Lead

We are looking for a to reshape and scale the test function to join my client's Exeter based team.

As QA,Lead, you will lead functional, regression, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms, drive automation using modern frameworks, manage releases, and ensure thorough documentation. As part of a multi-disciplined team, you will collaborate across the business, mentor QA staff, and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.

As a QA Lead you will have:

• Experience in a QA leadership or senior QA role
• Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (Playwright OR Cypress)
• A proven track record of API testing with Postman
• Experience of mobile testing
• An ISTQB Certification

As a QA Lead, you will have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. A passion for technology and mentoring is also key.
