Mac Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Mac Support Analyst to join our IT team and provide day to day support across our Mac systems, applications and equipment. You'll play a key role in ensuring staff can work efficiently with the tools they need, while helping to maintain a secure and well managed IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Mac systems and multimedia technologies.

• Support and maintain the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and Audition preferred).

• Assist with audio visual setup and support for meetings and events.

• Use IT ticketing/incident management systems to track and resolve issues.

Skills & Experience

• Must have strong Mac support experience in a business or creative environment.

• Must have strong Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Premiere Pro, Audition ideal).

• Must have strong Jamf expertise for device management.

• Audio visual experience preferred.

• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
