Do you have experience as a 3rd Line Engineer? Are you passionate about technology and providing excellent customer service? If so, we need you to apply! Our client is a forward-thinking, dynamic MSP and provides support to a global client base. Due to continued growth, our client requires an experienced 3rd Line Engineer. You will be responsible for acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting, system support and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line support across a wide range of technologies, including Window Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and more
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and problems
• Support infrastructure projects, upgrades and migrations
• Monitor, maintain and improve system performance, security and reliability
• Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line teams to provide guidance and mentorship
• Document technical processes, solutions and best practices
• Maintain regular communication with customers

Skills:

• Proven experience in 3rd Line Engineer role
• Previous experience within an MSP environment would be ideal
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, IP Networking
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently
• Excellent communication skills
