Title: Mid Level Frontend Developer
Salary: Up to £65,000 P/A
Location: Bristol- Hybrid (2- days on site)
Our client is on an exciting journey to transform the way they deliver digital products and services to millions of customers. To help them achieve this, they're looking for a Mid-level Frontend Software Engineer to join their growing Digital Development team.

What You'll Do:Design, develop, and deliver high-quality Front End solutions.
Contribute to technical designs and innovative solutions.
Troubleshoot operational and integration issues.
Champion best practices, agile principles, and component reusability.
Develop with JavaScript, React, Azure Cloud, and Kubernetes.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, ensuring tools are fit for purpose.
Collaborate with the business to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
Provide accurate delivery estimates and challenge existing assumptions where needed.
Manage and prioritise technical debt effectively.
Strong expertise in JavaScript and React
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Kubernetes
Proficiency in industry-standard engineering practices (event-driven design, service-to-service communication, Redux pattern, reusable components)
Solid understanding of the software engineering life cycle and agile methodologies
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across multiple projects
Salary up to £65k + benefits
Hybrid working: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
