Chapman Tate Associates seeks an ERP Project Manager to join this established and fast-growing IT Consultancy.

About the Opportunity

Are you an ERP-savvy Project Manager who thrives on delivering results? We're looking for a dynamic professional to drive ERP implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring projects meet client expectations, stay on schedule, and deliver real business impact.

You'll work with manufacturing clients, guiding them through change, coordinating teams, and keeping projects on track across multiple sites in the UK and occasionally abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver ERP implementation projects on time and within budget.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing clear guidance.
• Identify risks, resolve challenges, and manage scope changes effectively.
• Coordinate internal teams and resources to deliver seamless project execution.
• Create project documentation, training materials, and client-facing presentations.
• Spot opportunities for additional services and support business growth.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing ERP implementations (Epicor, Acumatica, Infor, Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadline
