The RoleWe are seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Integrations to provide second and third-line technical support for highly complex software and systems. You will work closely with field engineers, technicians, and product support teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that cannot be fixed by first-line support.
This role will involve direct interaction with customers when the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature, as well as supporting internal teams with technical challenges. You may also assist with customer installations and training.
