The role involves managing and maintaining the colleges IT systems, including Office 365 applications, ensuring their optimal performance and security. You will address escalated issues from the 1st line or support, perform system upgrades and collaborate with the other IT professionals to implement new technologies and solutions. Additionally, you may be conducting training sessions to enhance users proficiency with Office 365 tools and maintain documentation for IT processes and policies. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance Configure and manage user accounts and permissions within Office 365 and other systems Perform regular systems backups and disaster recovery operations Provide technical support for hardware issues and conduct routine maintenance and updates Collaborate with vendors and external partners for advanced troubleshooting and procurement of new technologies Represent COPC with the upmost professionalism with every interaction Handling of sensitive information with confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes diversity, equality and respect among all members of the college community.
