Maloy and Flynn are actively looking to recruit a Second Line IT Support Analyst for a client based in South Leicestershire.
Support includes network fault diagnostic and resolution, reporting faults and tracking; keeping clients updated during the process. Providing support on other products and services that they offer, including MS Office applications and the organisation’s communications system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first and second line support to clients via telephone and email for the range of services and products provided. This can range from
