We are recruiting a Desktop Support Engineer to work with a leading national security company in central London on a contract basis. Due to the nature of this client you will need enhanced DV clearance. You will be working at National Security level and will therefore be required on-site at least 4 days per week. WHAT WILL THE DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER BE DOING? You will be part of a company that supports the UK Government at National Security level in their IT/Communications support and will play a pivotal part in making sure these systems never fail. WE NEED THE DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER TO HAVE . Current Enhanced DV clearance Deal with new device requests via the service management tool Various equipment installations and upgrades Issue, update and close guest access tokens Be on hand to deal with customer queries Manage device stock, repair any faulty equipment and return broken equipment TO BE CONSIDERED .
