The right person for this role will be a Support Analyst or Engineer currently working with Microsoft cloud and security technologies, who is ready to step into a delivery focused professional services role. You will already be troubleshooting customer environments, deploying Microsoft security solutions, and working closely with customers, with the confidence to take ownership of technical delivery and develop towards a Technical Consultant role.
