As the successful candidate, you will be integral to the overall success of the operation, offering bioinformatics support for lab scientists, and drive computational projects, in areas including single-cell sequencing, machine learning, protein 3D structure, etc. On offer is a very competitive basic salary and:

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide bioinformatics support for lab scientists.
• Driving computational projects, using a wide range of software tools and techniques.
• Summarise results and graphical representation of statistical analyses.
• Process data generated with recent DNA sequencing technologies.
• Engage in bioinformatics software development projects
• Create web-based user interfaces
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and quality.

Your Skills:

• PhD in Bioinformatics or a related field
• Experience in bioinformatics software development
• Knowledge of Machine Learning
• Excellent programming skills in Python, R, and/or Java
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
