Corporate Real Estate Solutions Architect - 6 Month Contract - London (1 Day P/W) - Inside IR35

Hamilton Barnes I'm currently representing a large financial firm who are looking for a Corporate Real Estate Solutions Architect on an initial 6 month contract with a view to extension.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business strategy and create architecture roadmaps.
• Strong technical background across IT domains: infrastructure and application architecture, systems integration, workflow, data management, etc.
• Proficient in Enterprise Architecture, linking it to business strategy and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with Cloud solutions (AWS, Google GCP, Azure) and strategic partners.
• Direct experience translating strategies into roadmaps with business stakeholders.
• Domain knowledge in Corporate Real Estate Technology (IWMS).
• Exposure to data and business architecture.

Contract Details:

• Duration - 6 months
• Location - London/Sheffield (1 Day Per Week Onsite)
• Determination - Inside IR35
• Start Date - ASAP
