SAP Change Manager - 7 months - Onsite/Remote

SAP Change Manager required for a 7 month contact. 2/3 days are required onsite in the Midlands and 2/3 days will be remote each week.

Responsibilities:

FICO Change Manager to:

• Work with the SKUs to drive and manage the Change Impacts and Actions with the Key Users and Finance team
• Help to understand the impact on the changes to work with automation and introduction of new ways of working
• Support the SKUs delivering Business Process Engagement sessions, that are process flows highlighting the key change impacts
• Help the SKUs with business engagement, including Leadership/Management Engagement (Summarised BPEs, UAT Playback Sessions, Cutover Planning Sessions)
• Support the Workstream Lead, Super Key Users and Kus through the UAT phase (Previous SAP FICO Implementation experience is key on this)
• Support building the FICO Business Cutover plan based on the Change Impacts and Actions
• Support the Co-ordination of the Finance sub stream of FICO. There is a single SKU covering Finance that has many different specialised topics, so they may need support in co-ordinating activities across this diverse area

Experienced needed:

• Minimum 5-7 years of Organisational Change Management experience
• Previous experience within implementations involving SAP Finance and Controlling
