E-commerce/Web based/Website development
7-month Contract | Rates negotiable Inside IR35
Remote other than 2 days a week in Hampshire
Are you a Product Owner who wants to provide expertise, drive conversion, and improve the customer experience for an International E-commerce site?
Our client is a Global FTSE 250 and looking for a Product Owner to join them on an initial 7-month contract to help move their online presence forward and advance the platform.
In this role you would be responsible for improving the functionality and user experience of the website focusing on the development of platforms, UX/UI designs, enhancing features and functionality, all within an agile setting. You will be working closely with the Product Manager to manage the progress of offshore development teams.
The Product Owner will focus on:
- Owning the website product development roadmap.
- Utilising sprints and providing the final sign-off on user stories.
- Leading high-level scoping and prioritisation of features.
- Engaging various stakeholders in the website development journey and keep them updated on progress and results.
- Lead the sprint planning sessions with scrum teams to define scope, sprint goal/s, estimate effort and agree a commitment of delivery for each release.
- Owning feature-level UX, working with UX specialists and business stakeholders ensuring alignment with requirements and agreed digital brand guidelines.
