Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) is required by one of Europe's biggest Microsoft Gold Partners and internationally recognised SaaS development teams.

We are looking for a talented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who is excited to write frameworks, automation, and tools in support of testing our products. You're responsible for the testability, robustness, and performance of the testing processes

You will be working in a strong Agile (Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD, BDD) development team alongside C# and Java Developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Designers and other Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET's). Working closely with the Lead SDET you will help to define test strategies and promote test coverage and test automation in a continuous integration/continuous deployment environment.

Previous commercial SDET experience is essential as is being passionate about both development and testing. You must possess excellent knowledge of C# and/or Java and experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks as well being able execute test plans.
