WHAT TO EXPECT -
Based at our principal design and engineering centre in Gaydon (CV35 0RR), offering a hybrid working model, joining the new Jaguar Product Team offers the opportunity to join a small, multi-skilled and agile team charged with creating and delivering the new Jaguar platform and the vehicle portfolio. The Jaguar Product team is responsible for Product Strategy, Product Engineering, Programme Delivery and Product Lifecycle.

The Chassis Software Integration Owner will see you lead a transformational shift in Software and Mechatronic performance of the Vehicle Programme Delivery Process Chain and play a key interface between, External Engineering Service Provider, JLR Core Engineering, Manufacturing & test functions who are critical partners to create and deliver the final completed product.
As The Chassis Software Integration Owner, you will engage and influence all stakeholders (Internal, Core & External) and will lead the delivery of integration, and testing of all Chassis software systems ensuring robust delivery and sign-off. You will work in conjunction with the External Engineering Service Provider to define overall delivery plan, prioritisation of backlog, set individual sprint goals and validation of quality of event of sprint outcomes.

You will have a systems view of the entire delivery landscape for the software and mechatronics delivery, and also a detailed understanding of the technology and processes required to successfully deliver the overall system and vehicle.

Other aspects of this role include:
Responsible for the Software/Mechatronic sub system of the Chassis commodity throughout the lifecycle
Responsible for planning & engineering sign off of their sub-system.
Leads Issue Management , Provides recommendation on major conflicts (Q-C-T) to Head of Process Chain

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
ESSENTIAL:
Experienced in Software Technical Project Delivery, and Software & mechatronic integration
Experience in Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement
Experience with Problem solving skills
Experienced in ADAS & Vehicle network
Experienced with Agile methods and behaviour
