Contract ServiceNow Program Manager - 6 months - Inside IR35

The ServiceNow Program Manager will support our client, a large scale retailer to establish a ServiceNow Program and lead technical deliverables with the assistance of the Business Engagement and Delivery Lead. They will work with other departments to make sure all projects are running well following the Centre Of Excellence Policies and Standards. Part of the key deliverables is to establish the right level of governance and control and share program/projects updates to key stakeholders and generate the ServiceNow Strategic Roadmap.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the deliverables of ServiceNow professionals and offers leadership, direction and program governance for ServiceNow projects.
  • Supports the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence and Innovation team in creation/maintenance of ServiceNow High quality documents (MVP Policy, Operating Model, Governance Board and Golden Rules);
  • Leading ServiceNow Governance Boards and assist board chair to track meeting actions items;
  • Oversee the day to day ServiceNow delivery for multiple ServiceNow managed services teams, to meet or project schedule/milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business objectives related to project timeliness, service quality and efficiency;
  • Supports the definition of done and the scope definition for all ServiceNow deliverables;
  • Work with ServiceNow Platform and product teams to apply CoEI Standards and Polices in all ServiceNow projects;
  • Work with partners and internal teams to identify Service and Integration Requirements to successfully onboard TSAs in a fresh instance.
  • Provide input and insight into workforce management capacity planning.
  • Ensure future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans on ServiceNow projects.
  • Responsible for input into the vendor management process for creation of service schedules associated with new or amended services;
  • Manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders to communicate the progress with ServiceNow BAU activities/deliverables from a ServiceNow Centre of Excellence perspective

About You:

  • Program/Project/consulting experience of 8+ years of which 4+ years is in ServiceNow;
  • Extensive and varied ServiceNow implementation (or enterprise system equivalent) experience.
  • Experience in analysing and recommending enterprise platform strategies based on desired business outcomes and priorities.
  • Experience working in IT Service Management (ITIL)/Agile environment
  • Lead the deliverables of a team of Project managers/Scrum Masters;
  • PMO reporting, Project Management frameworks (Prince2, PMBOK)

We are able to offer a competitive day rate for this opportunity, inside IR35 and will be looking for someone to work on a Hybrid basis with weekly visits to our clients site in Leeds.
