Project Controller (Cyber Security)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Controller to join Airbus Defence & Space within our Cyber Security division at our dynamic base in Newport, South Wales.

Working with the project manager, you will provide essential project office support to this exciting Project being carried out by our Cyber Security Specialists.

Your Tasks & Accountabilities

• Ensure project control practice through ERP System (SAP), MS Project and associated PM tools for all aspects of project activity
• Facilitate monitoring of Project Costs and Financial Planning and Tracking
• Project planning, organising, controlling and reporting on assigned deliverables
• Develop WBS to generate and maintain Project plans, work packages and schedules
• Advise senior Programme / Project Management of deviations to plan regarding programme, finance and resource status

Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Firm understanding of work package management and work package control
• Working knowledge of Microsoft project (desirable)

This role involves working within the UK Defence industry, requiring the applicants to be UK Nationals Only (No Dual Nationals) and able to be security cleared to a UK SC level.
