Senior Solutions Architect

Senior Solutions Architect - Full Time - Contract - Hybrid About the role As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be supporting the profitable growth of our client's business by understanding the B2B services and/or platform architecture with supporting the definition and implementation phases of multiple projects. This will include the production of standard project artefacts such as HLA and HLD as well as consulting on the solution Architecture as the project moves through detailed design and testing phases. Tell me more, tell me more Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Cloud, Network and Security Team, please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. Shifts: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week) The must haves:

• Experience of taking a lead role as a systems engineer, incorporating both design and management of complex systems within a service provider environment.
• Ability to produce technical documents and presentations such as HLA/HLD.
• Confidence to present effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Engage with various technical & non-technical teams during the lifecycle of a project to support the project manager.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Other stuff we're potentially looking for:

• Exposure to Cisco, Nokia or Meraki products with relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of Cloud computing services such as AWS, GCP and/or Azure.
• Broadband technologies (DOCSIS/FTTP/FTTC) and Ethernet/MPLS products (IPVPN and Ethernet VPN)
• Knowledge of Mobile and Overlay technologies and Routing Protocols.
• Confident and being well experienced to make an immediate impact within the team.

• A day rate, in-scope IR35, of £551.72 per day (PAYE) OR £640.00 per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
• This role provides a remote working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art offices in Bradford, Peterborough or Reading, twice a week.
