Our SAP team is focused on working with our clients to leverage these SAP innovations and create business value. In particular we are looking for an individual with a proven delivery background who can assist our clients with delivering next generation SAP technology.

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager / Senior Consultant within our SAP data practice, a large proportion of your time will be meeting with senior stakeholders of leading UK businesses. You'll also be responsible for managing teams and delivering high quality work.

To be successful you will have:

• A passion for helping companies drive value from their data
• Great communication skills
• Strong domain knowledge of SAP data
• Experience of delivering end-to-end projects across one or many of the following disciplines:
  • Data integration and data management
  • Master Data Governance
  • Data migration to ERP or S/4 HANA
• Technical expertise in one or many of the following core competencies
  • Data engineering with SAP Data Services, Data Intelligence and open source frameworks (Python, R)
  • Data quality and cleansing projects using SAP Information Steward
  • SAP Master Data Governance and ABAP
  • Experience of Microsoft data platforms is advantageous but not essential
• Managing project delivery teams
• Demonstrable experience of non-technical project deliverables (e.g. strategic advisory; requirements capture; project estimation; pre-sales presentations)

You will be responsible for:

• Managing project delivery across data migration, MDG and other data projects
• Leading technical teams
• Inputting into the SAP data market proposition
• Supporting business development activities and client proposals
• Modelling leadership behaviour and driving your own career path
• Train, coach, and supervise team members.

To qualify for the role you must have

• The ability to structure teams, lead work streams and architect innovative solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build 'Trusted Adviser' relationships
• Deep expertise in data management and SAP's EIM solution portfolio
• Strong experience with Waterfall, Hybrid-Agile and Agile methods (eg. Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
• Willingness to travel as required in relation to working at Client Sites on specific engagements

Ideally, you'll also have

• 6+ years experience in SAP delivery
• Relevant SAP certifications
• An understanding of the SAP roadmap and industry trends
• An appreciation and some experience with non-SAP solutions
• SAP functional experience
