Are you an autonomous and technically motivated I.T. Professional with excellent skills in Customer Service, Hardware builds and Image deployment?

On offer is an interesting and varied role in which the ideal candidate would be expected to hit the ground and work with a degree of autonomy.

The business specialises in I.T. procurement and tries to streamline the process for businesses to ensure they get the best product/products without having to pay higher costs than needed. Offering a range of other value-added services, this business caters for a whole range of needs- and since the COVID period has made a specific focus on helping the Healthcare sector (NHS).

In this role, you will work in a small, close-knit team of like-minded 'techies' taking part in a range of duties including; Customer visits and Support, Hardware Upgrades, Hardware & Laptop 'Break fix'. You will be directly dealing with customers and be tasked with ensuring the best possible service. The role is Monday to Friday with overtime readily available.

This is a fantastic role for someone looking for a hands-on I.T. role and an autonomous position in which they can hit the ground running and add technical to a broad range of customers.

*Tech Support

*Good knowledge of operating systems
