Solution Architect - Exciting Digital Transformation - Banking - c£90k + Bonus + 20% Pension - Flex WFH

We're currently seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join an exciting and independently owned well established Private Bank who are embarking on an exciting Digital transformation.

The Bank is investing heavily in IT as they have ambitious plans over the next 2-3 years to digitally transform the Bank.

You'll be working on exciting, brand new application architecture / greenfield projects, eg a new payment platform, new treasury system, new on-line / mobile banking platforms, a new apple pay solution plus many more exciting brand new projects where you'll be able to own the solution and own the space rather than only being involved in a small part of it.

The ideal candidate will have around 5 years' experience of working as a Solution Architect and will be a natural problem solver with demonstrable experience of architecting application solutions.

You'll ideally have experience of architecting payment solutions, either in Banking, Financial Services, Retail or any other similar industry. Experience of Mulesoft would be ideal however knowledge of other middleware technologies would be find too.

You'll need to have experience and knowledge of architecting High availability systems with expertise in both HLD and LLD.

You'll have worked on large enterprise application solutions and ideally have worked on a similar Digital Transformation with experience of integration and middleware technologies, business systems, web and their application within solution architecture

You'll also need demonstrable experience of working with and managing business stakeholders to understand and solve business problems as well as experience of working with Project Managers and supporting them in the building of technical project plans.

You will be able to work remotely but will need to be able to go into the London office circa once / twice a month.
