IT Support Technician

Eclectic has partnered with a leading company transforming the world of printing who has an exciting, permanent opening for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting colleagues across the business in person, telephone, and online.

Resolving technical issues and servicing requests for IT software or hardware.

Deliver IT inductions to new starters, process all starters and leavers, and install and configure the relevant hardware & software for them.

Set up all user accounts and maintain security group memberships.

Participating and working on an on-call support rota to support the needs of the business.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience with PC hardware, Windows 10, Windows 7, and Windows XP.

A strong customer service ethos and be an enthusiastic self-starter.

Knowledge of all the MS Office suites.

A logical and structured approach to problem-solving and working experience of troubleshooting network connectivity.

All things PC maintenance & printer maintenance.
