I am on the lookout for a NOC Engineer to join a leading telecom services supplier.
Our client is a provider of essential infrastructure services in the telecoms sector who enable the biggest names in telecommunications to bring their services to their customers.
You will be providing 1st line support and resolve any issues related to the servers, networks and telecommunications by consistently troubleshooting and monitoring.
Details:
- Provide 1st line support
- Troubleshoot fault fibres
- Arrange call outs for tech support engineers
- Resolve network incidents
- Up to £28,000
- Rotating days & nights
- Night shift allowance
