You will be an experienced Scrum Master with a background in championing an Agile approach across engineering teams.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Coaching teams on agile knowledge and practices in groups or individually
• Facilitating ceremonies
• Scrum Master up to two development teams in the business
• Work closely with Product Owner to ensure ceremonies are well prepared and executed
• Monitor the team's health and performance
• Champion a continuous improvement mindset across methodology adoption

Ideally you will have a technical background and will be able to communicate confidently with engineers on the work that they are delivering. Out client works with various JavaScript frameworks including React/Node alongside complex "Internet of Things" technologies and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

You background does not need to be in this space, but it is useful to know the environment that the engineers work in. The innovative work they are doing in the IOT sector is super interesting and I would love to discuss this with you in more detail.

This is a scale-up organisation meaning that you will have a varied workload and will need to be adaptable to change as they scale out. An exciting opportunity for anyone looking to take on a challenge.
