Mobile Automation Engineer/Quality Engineer

One of my global consultancy is looking for number of Mobile quality Engineers and Automation Engineers who are creative, technical and collaborative. Someone who is passionate about quality and constantly looking for ways to improve how they work.

Around 65K (Including 7% performance bonus), negotiable or £300/day

Mobile automation engineer:

• Mobile automation engineer who can understand and write appium scripts or perfecto.
• Quality Assurance discipline skill set, iOS Mobile device testing, Android testing, Agile
• This person is responsible for engaging with the team, representing test progress in team meetings such as daily stand up, sprint planning, story grooming, test creation, data conditioning, test execution, and reporting of results.
• Engaged collaboration with team regarding project progress
• Proficient with the following tools: Web browsers and related dev. tools, Browserstack, Jira, Confluence, Postman, Jenkins, Appium, version control.
• Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on single projects
• Review user story documents to ensure that acceptance criteria is testable
• Perform testing on various software and reporting systems using both manual and automated means of execution
• Facilitate QA related meetings such as test case review and bug triage when applicable with the team
• Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process
• Document and monitor defects through the resolution process

Quality Engineer ( Java/Javascript):

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Test Automation (Java/Javascript, Selenium, Specflow/Cucumber, API Automation) is required
• Good knowledge in programming and OOP concepts on Java/Javascript is mandatory
• Should have good knowledge in QA process, writing Test Scenarios and Test Cases and Defect management
• Knowledge in Agile process is preferred
• Knowledge in API Testing using Postman or any other tools
• Knowledge in Database testing
• Should have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills are expected
