This role is a remote role - however, should you need to go to the office in Weybridge for an occasional meeting then you will need to be able to attend at the office.
Project Co-ordinator
Ability to communicate and interact at all levels.
Create and maintain project plans within internal systems.
Systems to include: -
o Schedule - to reserve timeslots for team members to carry out services work
o Milestone tracking system - for project milestone tracking
o Baselined Project Plans for 606-Revenue analysis
To track all new Sales orders flowing through to the Professional Services organization to ensure that:-
o The correct values have been assigned to services activities
To produce regular reports from internal systems to cover:-
o Utilisation levels
o Project Overspend/FoC reports including explanations/justifications
o Project margin analysis
Provide support to Project Management team around administrative duties (as required)
Participate in forum meetings with other departments and employees within the business including pre-sales, sales, finance and support.
