Location: Client is London based but offers flexible working options.

Salary: £70 - £75K

Experienced Agile Delivery Manager required to ensure exceptional digital experience for customers. Working closely with development teams to effectively use agility in the delivery of intuitive applications which meet our customer needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Adopt Agility to the development approach of the customer technology team.

• Manage and coordinate technical delivery features.

• Help promote team engagement to build a high-performance team.

• Identify, manage and mitigate project issues and risks.

What we're looking for:

• Experienced in running Scrum and Kanban teams.

• Exceptional Stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proven experience of introducing Agile and guiding others on best practice.

• In-depth understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and experienced with the design, test, build, QA, deployment and operational maintenance.
