Technical Team Lead

Your new company
You will be joining a well-established public sector organisation working to guide the energy market from their office in Glasgow. They are immediately seeking a Technical Team Lead to lead one of an exciting array of projects that they are developing to restructure and innovate in their sector, all for the benefit of the people. For this, they require a candidate that has shown proficiency in both leadership and technical skills.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for interview it is essential that you have senior level experience working with C# in a Microsoft .Net environment. You must be capable with ASP.Net and SQL Server. The technology stack at this company is entirely Microsoft driven, so as the best fit for the position, you will be well versed in that technology space.

It would be ideal that you have knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, so as to best lead your team in line with the ideals of the company. This would include knowledge of version control tools such as Git. Unit test framework knowledge such as Nunit is not essential, but would be a plus.
You'll ideally also have knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Azure, and experience using SSIS packages.

Outside of the Technology experience necessary, it is also key that you have demonstrable expertise working collaboratively with both team members and key stakeholders. You will be constantly working with stakeholders to suggest and implement improvements, this requires creativity and strong communication skills.
