Job Description

1st Line Service Desk Analyst is required by our client based in Elstree, Borehamwood, Herts to join a busy Service Desk team who are responsible for supporting 2700 users.

As a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst you will be required to log and allocate service desk calls as well as provide troubleshooting support to the business - You will be required to support the following technologies -

  • Windows 10/Windows OS
  • O365 and the Microsoft Suite
  • Active Directory
  • Experience of a Service Desk logging ticket
  • Bespoke Applications - Training Provided
  • Tablet/Mobile Phone Support (iOS/Android)

Service Desk Analysts joining the team will have the opportunity to grow as you will get the opportunity to work on a complete system consolidation and re-platforming.
