Finance Programme Lead

Finance Programme Lead urgently required for a 6 Month contract.

Location: Remote/London/Manchester

The ideal candidate will have active Security Clearance and experience in leading programme and portfolio finance within Central Government.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in portfolio financial governamnce and utilising funding envelopes.
• Experience leading programme preparation for key fiscal events including spending reviews.
• Experience developing and presenting financial insight and analysis to programme and business boards.
• Experience leading finance teams and developing these teams.
• Experience leading and managing programmes in Central Government.
