Campaign Analyst

Manchester - Hybrid working 2 days per week in office

12 month contract

IR35: via umbrella only £400 - £425 per day

Leading Manchester based Financial Services company require an experienced Campaign Analyst with SQL skills to support with increased business demand on 12 month contract.

The role is 2 days per week in Manchester office, via umbrella only engagement on £400 - £425 per day.

You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of customer communications across all lines of business from receiving a campaign brief, data segmentation, testing and validation through to channel deployment and evaluation / analysis of activities.

Duties:

  • Ensure all campaigns delivered are aligned to the established campaign framework with a campaign brief, building (data segmentation and email templates), validation and delivery.
  • Provide advice and assistance to business stakeholders around campaign measurement and testing, implementing the necessary elements into campaigns for ongoing analysis and improvement.
  • Ensure campaigns are well documented, targeting the right audience, validated and are complaint with GDPR
  • Work closely with immediate team to help build a central database marketing function at group level
  • Utilise analytical resource in wider Data Science team for data driven targeting and measurement of activities

Skills / experience:

  • We are looking for someone from a database marketing background and experience within similar campaign analyst roles
  • Experienced skill set in SQL scripting, taking a campaign brief and translating it into SQL code to extract campaign lists
  • High level of attention to detail and process oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Any experience within email deployment via an ESP, including the technical construction of email campaigns such as data selections, application of filters, integrating HTML into the platform, dynamic content, control groups, QA/proofing and final send would be an advantage but not essential
