Digital Manager
(Digital Expereince Specialist)
Venn Group is currently working with a healthcare charity organisation in central London for a Digital Manager (Digital Expereince Specialist) to support the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Review data from multiple sources and produce insights to inform continuous improvement programs of work within the Digital Team and the overall delivery of the digital roadmap
- Carry out ad hoc exploratory analysis, gathering and interpreting relevant data from a wide range of sources to identify trends and enable the organisation to develop a deeper understanding of the customer/patient through the development of personas to support improvements in customer journey/marketing/digital activity
- Support the Digital Manager with the development of a digital environment that offers a comprehensive audience experience, by supporting in the management of various projects, gathering of business requirements, developing business cases and the development, testing and launch of new features/platforms
- Play a key role in the delivery of a conversion rate optimisation (CRO) program by measuring relevant website and call metrics, identifying trends and helping to influence insights into action
- Day-to-day management of Google Analytics with tactical support from the Digital and Data Executive, including ad hoc analytics requests and the development of weekly and monthly website performance reports. Develop dashboards, set up goals and present insights to the team as well as to a range of business stakeholders
It is essential that the successful candidate has:
- 6+ years in a digital role, with experience of digital product development, analytics and reporting, user experience design and testing
- Significant experience using Google Marketing Platform, in particular Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio
- Experience with CRO/continuous improvement programs
- A solid background in data and analytics with experience of working with multiple data sets, comprehensive marketing/digital performance reporting and used to driving insights into action

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
WFH: Flexible (hybrid model ideally, 3 days on site, 2 WFH)
