Technical Team Lead | Tech Team Lead | Software Development Manager

Leading a team of skilled, passionate and committed software developers who are ultimately the heart of the business and delivering a mix of customer facing products alongside the development of internal tools and systems with complex dependencies.
You will be responsible for liaising, negotiating and prioritising between multiple stakeholders and teams in conjunction with product management and product marketing. You will have a collaborative approach and work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and staff members.
Location Warwickshire - blended approach to home / office working
Salary and package: Up to GBP70,000 + 5 weeks holiday + BH, Private medical (BUPA), company bonus scheme, Contributory pension scheme, training and professional development scheme, flexible working
