Overview:

An exciting opportunity to work for an established Financial Services firm based in Central London. My client provides a range of financial and insurance services to businesses all over the world. My client is a true market leader in their field and have employees working across global offices.

The current development team work primarily on web applications, creating and delivering key components for the company's core system. They utilise a range of technologies across the Microsoft stack, adhering to quality software standards and best practice. It's a fairly small and tight-knit development team.

The role is a hybrid remote setup - working 3-4 days remotely and other days in the office (central London). Other benefits include: a discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, 5% pension, and private medical cover.

Main Skills:

• 2+ years commercial development experience
• Good knowledge of OOP principles
• Familiar with the .NET Framework using C#
• ASP.NET MVC
• JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS
• SQL Server
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable Skills:

• Azure
• .NET Core
• JavaScript Frameworks - React or Angular
• TDD
