Business Analyst/Junior Project Manager - IT Infrastructure Projects

Alexander Ash are working with a large independent financial services client who offer Global Advisory, Asset Management, Private Wealth and Merchant Banking services. They are looking for someone with large scale IT infrastructure experience either in a support capacity or as a Hybrid BA/Project Manager to be responsible for coordinating the definition, design, implementation and embedding new video and telephony conferencing applications including Zoom and Teams for front office users across Global Advisory and Wealth Management.

One of the main tasks initially will be to obtain the required scope from the senior executive teams in the relevant business divisions and relevant jurisdictions and to negotiate feature availability based on infrastructure scope. This will involve a large degree of both detailed analysis but also gravitas to negotiate and work with the senior executive team.

You should apply for this role if you have the following:

• Experience working in a hybrid BA / PM style role Or IT support background
• Years of experience between 4-7 years
• Experience in the delivery of Video and Audio-conferencing applications (Teams, Zoom, WebEx etc.) and any dependent systems and infrastructure
• Someone who has worked on IT Infrastructure projects in the past - Servers, Networking, Firewalls , Cloud Etc
• Someone who has worked on small to medium sized projects with budgets around £500k
• Someone who has exposure working with 3rd parties
• Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural, diverse environments
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills at all levels
• Fluency in French would be desirable, but not essential
