We have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Analyst to join our team. At OS we believe work is something you do, not somewhere you go. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £36,414 - £42,840 per annum.

About the role:

We are seeking a hardworking Business Analyst to join our team to support our projects through the development lifecycle. As a Business Analyst, you'll shape and deliver OS's business change initiatives in an Agile development environment.

What you'll be doing as our Business Analyst:

  • Working with employees at all levels of the company, external customers and wider stakeholders
  • Building a solid understanding of their needs, requirements and priorities
  • Advising key stakeholders on the results of analysis and present them with potential solutions to facilitate the decision-making process
  • Consistently considering the benefits of change and challenging to ensure the minimum viable product is the immediate priority
  • Together with the Technology and Design team, determining detailed requirements and delivering value iteratively in collaboration with the customer
  • Being an active member of our Business Analyst community and staying on top of the industry and technical developments to ensure that you continue to deliver the best support possible to the business

What we're looking for in our Business Analyst:

  • Experience of establishing rapport quickly with a wide variety of people from heads, business experts and development teams to understand the bigger picture, elicit and analyse requirements
  • Experience of providing analysis to support the delivery of web platforms, mobile applications, APIs and customer-facing systems at a pace.
  • The ability to shape business change initiatives to ensure there is a clear understanding of the wider business change considering processes and people needed to implement digital transformation
  • Experience of working with Product Owners to help prioritise and roadmap the evolution of products and services
  • Time management, planning and prioritisation skills
  • Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business goals and are of value to our customers
  • BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is highly desirable
