The Role
You will make a direct contribution to the next generation of our software at a key time, working alongside our existing development team and reporting to our Chief Technology Officer.
Although we are not seeking a given number of years' experience in any particular field, you should be able to articulate and demonstrate or reference examples of projects you have worked on, evidencing hands-on experience of the core technologies we use.
Challenged with working on large and innovative product development, the primary focus will be on full stack MVC development including database design but offering the opportunity to work on broader aspects of the project landscape depending on your individual skillset and aspirations.
You should have the passion, experience and confidence to contribute to research and development within the company to ensure we keep right on top of emerging development techniques and technologies. You should also be committed to best practice, have an appetite for innovation and pushing technical boundaries, and excellent communication skills.
Location:
They offer a fully flexible working environment allowing for the team to work wherever provides the best productivity and comfort. The current development team is split between some home workers and some hybrid working. The team come together in the office semi-frequently for collaborative planning sessions as new phases of development are undertaken and work together online and offline as best suits the situation.

Salary: up to £50,000
