This is an exciting opportunity for a Strong Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer to come to join a renowned global Investment management firm. Founded in 2006 this Firm has offices in London, Milan, Dublin, Luxembourg, Boston, Singapore and Tokyo. This firm currently manages in excess of £50 Billion in assets.

Your new role
You will be an integral part of a small but highly effective DevOps team working alongside both the wider Development and Infrastructure teams. As a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer in this role. There will be a large emphasis on security and DevSecOps Practice's. You will have direct influence regarding what security measures are implemented. There is a huge opportunity to grow within this role and become the Lead DevSecOps leading security practice and governance at a high level.

What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge and experience managing SQL (Azure SQL Database, SQL Managed Instance). Exposure to the setup/configuration and monitoring of the following platforms:

• Azure DevOps
• Azure Storage Accounts
• Azure Backup
• Azure Monitor
• Azure App Service
• Azure Web Apps
• Azure Vault
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Data Bricks
• Azure API Management
• Docker/Kubernetes
• Container and Microservices Security
• Azure Network & Security Controls

You will also have strong analytical skills including the ability to quickly identify trends and patterns. Be able to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders of varying seniority along with their teams. Capacity to map and document processes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of working for a buy-side firm (asset manager / hedge fund etc.)

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £100k + plus Uncapped Bonuses. Typical bonuses range from 20%-35% however an excellent candidate can achieve bonuses in excess of 50%.
