PMO Process Improvement specialist / Agile Training / Agile Coach

My client, a leading organisation in their sector who are based in Camden, are taking huge strides to drive their Digital project portfolio towards operating in an Agile manner.

The business and project members are continuing to learn and adapt, but a need has developed for someone to join the team that can continue to drive the adoption of Agile Processes.

They need someone who will be able to assess each project, what works, what doesn't, and implement a pragmatic project delivery approach, utilising the most suitable aspects of Scrum, Agile, Kanban and feasibly Waterfall, depending on the project.

As such, the successful candidate must be an individual with an open mind and a drive to implement the best fit for each project as opposed to implementing a fixed Agile ideal.

Anyone with a Business Analyst, PMO, Project Management or Change management background or that has already been an Agile Coach, could be a great fit for this. Most importantly you must have a real passion for driving process improvement through the implementation and adoption of Agile.
