Job Description
The Vendor Solution Senior Project Manager role involves a number of core responsibilities:
- Project management using agile methodologies
- Servicing client and working closely with business development and engineering teams
- Assisting clients by understanding their use case and tailoring discussions to their needs
- Outlining and documenting external business and technical processes
- Requirements gathering and drafting functional and technical specifications
- Support of DEV & UAT through the product development lifecycle
- Supporting a client bespoke project from contract signature until delivery
- Writing client specifications to formalise the client's need and coordinate with the engineering team
- Testing the product through the different stage of development to ensure consistency with requirements
- Working with our experienced sales team to onboard new clients for core offering
- Day-to-day management of the products (market data, corporate actions, etc)
- Liaising with clients in accordance with agile methodologies to further develop offerings

- Strong academic qualifications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and systematic approach to tasks
- Project management skills to manage multiple client projects
- Good experience of (Agile) project management within Financial Services
- High exposure to Capital Markets (Trading floor)
- Highly motivated and pro-active to ensure continuous improvement
- Strong ethics and task ownership
- Relish the challenge of working in a dynamic, exciting and fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish with French and/or German desirable
- Open to travel within Europe (post Covid)
