Role: Senior Solutions Architect
Location: Nottingham (office - 1-2 days a week)
Salary: up to £80K + 20 % Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Chapman Tate Associates are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect who has technical expertise in all aspects of software application architecture gained through working across a size-able application landscape with a substantial portfolio of Cloud native and Cloud hosted applications.
The Senior Solutions Architect will join the team of senior architects and lead a team of multi-skilled technical experts to design and deliver high quality solutions on AWS technology and be a part of a high profile, multi £bn UK's leading financial institution.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for leading a team of you will be reporting to the Director of Architecture. You will essentially bridge the gap between the technical and business teams and be responsible for providing expertise in the definition, design, implementation, adoption and adherence to enterprise architecture strategies, processes, and standards.
This role is based around services with a cloud element (Azure/AWS experience hugely beneficial).
Essential Experience: -
- Strong experience as a Technical Architect within software designing
- Strong background in application development
- Experience with any cloud technology either AWS / G-cloud / Azure / or Private cloud
- Experience in either C++ / Java / Python / or Typescript would be very beneficial
- Experience in designing and implementing solutions for large systems
- Experience in communicating with senior leadership
- Understanding of financial market is an advantage
