Job Description

The main role of the Customer Support Analyst will be to help support customers to ensure they get the most out of my clients software system.

You will assist them as they first start to use the software, providing training as required, and respond to any ongoing questions and issues they may have. You will escalate and support throughout .

Strong support and development in this role and the opportunity once trained to learn /understand software development.

Skills:

  • 1st line helpdesk
  • Solid Customer Service Skills
  • Comfortable around software/ Passion for software development and understanding
  • HTML/Excel/Microsoft
  • Degree or A-Level in Maths/English/Computer Science or min 1 year experience in a similar role.
