The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of a C++ based tech stack alongside AWS and Claude coding, but will also be a good manager of teams. The current dev team is offshore, and we need to find someone comfortable with managing an offshore team, managing daily sprints, prioritising workloads and leveraging AI.
