We have the opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join my client, a rapidly growing Ecommerce business valued at over £1bn. They are expanding their engineering capability, and are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join the team as a point of contact for the engineering team.

Ideally you will have come from a software engineering background and as such will have an in-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle. However, this role does not expect you to be too technically hands-on as its focus is business relationships. You will have proven experience managing a team, facing off to stakeholders, and implementing best practice.
